Thursday Evening Class Starts November 2
Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.
Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
Through practicing meditation and focusing our mind on virtuous objects, we can continually develop inner peace–the real source of our happiness. These drop-in classes are based on Meditations for Relaxation, Meditations for a Clear Mind and Meditations for A Kind Heart.
