Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.

Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series (see CLASS TITLES below), each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.

Meditations for a Peaceful Mind and a Kind Heart

By getting to know our mind, we can gain insight into the roles that we have in all our relationships and begin to develop healthy mental habits that foster love and care for others, instead of irritation and negativity. In this way, not only will our relationships improve but we’ll also begin to perfect our good qualities and bring out the best in the others.
