About the Course
By improving our mindfulness and concentration we naturally become more peaceful, positive and relaxed. The Kadampa practice of meditating on the mind is especially suited for improving concentration. Following in the footsteps of renowned meditation masters, we will use this practice to help us discover our limitless potential for stillness and joy.
Kelsang Rigden will guide meditations and discussion. There will be a 30 mins break with refreshments half way through the course. Students at all levels are encouraged to attend.

Kelsang Rigden is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Winnipeg. She is renowned for her skill in presenting profound topics in a practical and engaging manner.
