Other people are such a big part of our lives, but what happens when we find them difficult to live or work with?
So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build and we can feel like other people are making us stressed and miserable.
Buddha teaches clear methods for taking control of our minds, to change the way we view other people and heal our relationship with them.
For this half day course, we will explore some powerful meditations for viewing others more constructively, enabling us to respond to them more effectively.
Practising and becoming familiar with these meditations gives us the freedom to be at peace and maintain a good, loving heart – regardless of how others behave.
