Online public talk – Hope and happiness in troubled times

Join internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, Resident Teacher at KMC Canada in Toronto and our National Spiritual Director, for this inspiring 90 minute online Public Talk.

With so much uncertainty in the world, it may seem difficult to be happy and we can easily become disheartened and lose hope.

It seems, sometimes, that the events of this world have the power to weigh us down.

Buddha taught that it doesn’t have to be this way.

In difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem.

Buddha taught that in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind.

Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must learn to train our mind to remain positive and peaceful regardless of external conditions.

Leave with the tools and the ability to practice Buddha’s simple, proven scientific methods, to tap into a reliable source of hope and happiness.

**You will receive a link to watch this Special Online Public Talk by November 18. You will have access to watch the talk any time for seven days.
