In recent months we’ve all had to find new ways to live, work, and care for others. Most of the things we turn to for comfort or distraction are off-limits, and even simple comforts like going for a walk are a little bit uncomfortable. (Mask up!)

We’re seeing how fragile and uncertain the world is, and how little control we have.

If we can develop inner peace, or peace of mind, we’ll be protected from suffering during this pandemic, and any challenges to come. It’s more powerful than any vaccine or treatment.
