About the Teacher
A Canadian Buddhist nun, Kelsang Rigden is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Winnipeg. She has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years and has been ordained for over 12 years. She has taught in Canada, the Caribbean and USA. Rigden is known for her heartfelt, light and inspiring teachings.
