In this evening talk, Gen-la Khyenrab will explore mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
About the Teacher
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is an international meditation teacher and the New Kadampa Tradition National Spiritual Director of Canada. He is a modern Buddhist monk dedicated to helping people from all walks of life attain lasting happiness through developing inner peace, compassion, and wisdom. He is deeply respected throughout the world for his powerful teachings and experience in unifying Buddha’s teachings with busy daily life.
