Meditations for Busy People

On this engaging four week meditation course we will:

* Explore the mechanics of meditation

* Discover the tools of mindfulness, alertness and concentration

* Reduce mental traffic

* Deal with stress on the go

You are welcome to book in advance for this course or drop in for individual sessions.

Each class will consist of two guided meditations by Gen Kelsang Rigden and a short talk on how to apply this to our daily practice and daily life.
