Ask all your burning Kadam Dharma (Kadampa Buddhist Teachings), meditation questions, or just what it is like being a nun in Winnipeg! These weekly Q&A’s will be live Zoom Meetings that you can ask either through the chat text or directly through your audio optional video. You can also send your questions by using the below contact form and Gen Rigden will read them out during the session. This is meant to be a fun, informative and thought provoking class, not to be missed!

Gen Rigden is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Winnipeg and a Canadian nun, was ordained in 2004 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in England.  Gen Rigden brings to Winnipeg many years of  Teaching experience in other other areas of Canada such as Ontario and British Columbia as well as the United States and the Caribbean.
