About the Course

A half day course on meditation and happiness:
Meditation is like a vacation for your mind. Mindfulness is the art of maintaining peaceful and happy states of mind through the practice of meditation. During this afternoon half day course we will explore practical methods to overcome negative habits of mind and become more positive, making our daily life truly happy, satisfying and meaningful. The course will consist of talks, guided meditations and a chance to ask questions.
