About the 3-Part Course and Retreat
Every day we encounter situations we do not like. Our normal reaction is to become frustrated and angry. By developing new ways to relate to these experiences and learning to accept these situations, our capacity to accept difficulties will increase and we shall find the freedom and joy that true patience brings. The 3-part course will consist of talks, guided meditations and a chance to ask questions. Everybody welcome – no previous experience required.
During we retreat we’ll gain some experience learning about the the uncertainties, dangers and lack of control that we experience in life that can often make us feel worried, anxious or afraid. Through developing positive mental habits, in and out of meditation, we can learn to approach life with confidence and eventually come to experience the peace of mental freedom.
